Introducing the Labour Market Research and Analysis Unit (UPAL): A Skills Intelligence R+D+i Unit which fosters research initiatives and builds partnerships that bridge the gap between the university and the labour market.

Among UPAL’s most innovative projects is Professional GPS, a virtual career orientation tool that helps students and alumni explore the job market, identify in-demand skills, and set meaningful professional goals.
